Not for US persons
xStocks are not registered under the US Securities Act and, per their issuer, may not be offered, sold or delivered to US persons. SnapStock switches buying and earning off for visitors in the United States. If you are a US person, do not buy or earn xStocks through SnapStock, wherever you are.
Information only
Ownership answers come from public documents, open databases and Wikidata, and can be wrong or out of date. Check the sources linked on each answer. Nothing here is investment, legal or tax advice.
xStocks
A tokenized stock tracks a share; it is not the share (no vote, no legal ownership). xStocks are issued by Backed Finance, a third party; SnapStock is not affiliated with it or with any company whose brand appears here. Their price can fall, their markets on Solana can be thin, and the issuer can pause them. You are responsible for knowing whether you may hold them where you live.
Buying
The Buy button asks Jupiter for a quote and a transaction that you review and sign in your own wallet. SnapStock never holds your funds or keys, takes no fee, and cannot reverse a transaction.
Rewards
Rewards are small, variable, not guaranteed and funded only by what the pool holds. Each is fixed when the snap is accepted and shown at once; it stays pending until the weekly review, which may drop any snap it finds suspicious (shared devices or networks, repeated pictures, screens or prints, automated use). Owed rewards are sent once a wallet's total reaches the minimum payout. Rewards are void where they would be unlawful; sweepstakes, lottery and securities rules differ by country. Earning requires holding $SNAPSTOCK.

$SNAPSTOCK unlocks earning. It is not a share of SnapStock, of the pool or of any company, and carries no right to fees or rewards beyond these terms.
